✅ Always chat with the seller before making a purchase. There is a Product Chat Feature on every Product page. Understand the product/service clearly and make sure the seller is responsive and clear in communicating.
✅ Check the seller's profile, ratings, and reviews. Make sure the seller has a good reputation in the GeraiPi ecosystem.
✅ Double-check all product and transaction details before hitting the "Buy" button.
✅ Agree on the total price, including shipping costs (if applicable), before confirming the transaction.
✅ Never pay any part of the fee (especially shipping) outside the platform.
DO NOT PAY SHIPPING COSTS DIRECTLY TO THE SELLER.
Some scammers may ask for this. Make sure all fees are settled through the platform's system.
✅ Apply for GeraiPi Buyer Protection, If You Do Not Receive the Product for 14 days. 24 Hours Customer Chat Service will assist you, This ensures your Pi is safe until you receive and verify the product/service.
✅ Buyers Must Press the "Finish" Button on every Product Order that has arrived. Enter the User Transaction menu at the "Shipped" Process Stage and at that time the Transaction Process from Order entry to Order received is declared successful and the buyer can enter the Review stage to provide a Review and Service Rating.
